Overview
This policy explains what information MipaSync Limited Company ("MipaSync," "we," "us") collects through this website (mipasync.com and this local copy of it), how it's used, and what choices you have. It covers this website only — not any separate systems we build or operate for clients.
Information you provide to us
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to type into the contact form: first and last name, email address, an optional phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message.
This site has no backend server or database. When you submit the contact form, your browser opens a pre-filled email in your own email client (or webmail), addressed to info@mipasync.com. The message is sent directly from your device through your own email provider — we do not receive or store a copy of it anywhere else, and we don't see anything you type unless you actually send that email.
A short arithmetic check and a hidden honeypot field are used on the form to filter out automated spam submissions. Neither collects personal information.
Information collected automatically
Your choice of light or dark theme is saved using your browser's local storage, on your own device. It is never transmitted to us and we have no access to it.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic — for example, how many people visit and which pages are popular. It does not use cookies or any other client-side storage, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you as an individual. We only ever see aggregated numbers, never a record tied to you personally. You can read Cloudflare's Web Analytics privacy policy for details. This site does not use advertising trackers of any kind.
Third-party services
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) and analytics from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com). Loading resources this way means your browser makes a direct request to those providers' servers, which may log standard request data such as your IP address, under their own privacy practices. How we use information
Information you send through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Because form submissions are sent directly from your email client rather than stored on our servers, retention is governed by your own and our normal email practices, not by this website.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and as general good practice, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email info@mipasync.com.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
